Steve was exceptional in assisting us obtain a mortgage in complicated circumstances - a renovation project turning three flats back into a family home.  Without his experience, hard work and dedication, it is very likely that our hopes to buy our dream home would have been dashed.  Steve really delivered for us and we were happy to use him again a few months later on a separate buy-to-let mortgage.  I cannot recommend Steve highly enough and we look forward to working with him again when the time comes to re-mortgage.
